Your area of responsibility
- Advising customers on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & CRM
- Working with partners and integrating Appsource add-ons
- Working with marketing, customers, developers, testers and project managers
- Responsibility for the set-up and support of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & CRM
- Responsibility for system configuration and customisation with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & CRM
- Integrating third-party systems in close collaboration with our development team
- Guiding customers from project start through go-live and hypercare to support
- Training customers and employees on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & CRM
Your profile
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & CRM
- Good understanding of the business processes in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & CRM
- Good knowledge of at least one of the following areas (finance, warehouse management, purchasing, manufacturing, sales)
- Configuration experience is required
- Programming experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (AL) an advantage
- Relevant Microsoft certification (MB-820 / MB-800) an advantage
- Experience with Continia Document Capture an advantage
- Completed degree in business studies an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot desired
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Customer Service and Field Service is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
