The B2B2C website is active throughout Europe in various languages. It offers information about contact lenses and the use of lenses. Consumers can also order contact lenses; take out a subscription and request advice. Thanks to separate payment modules, the customers can use different country-specific payment methods.

In close collaboration with the customer, we have developed an overall solution for the processing of registration and training requests from CAM therapists (Complementary and Alternative Medicine). In addition to ensuring an optimal data repository, we have also concentrated on process-controlled operations for an efficient and consistent elaboration of the documents. The applications contain interfaces for accounting, an electronic archive and a BI tool. Furthermore, the data is automatically processed in different formats for the various partner institutions.
